This is an impeccably clean, truly EXCEPTIONAL hotel. The breakfast is sensational with ordering omelets, stunning views, omelets, lots to choose from. The staff are responsive and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. It boasts comfortable location near to other restaurants and bars, and Tatra national park. Also, Hajduk is a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

The location was stunning and beautiful for me as it was really close to the center, restaurant and Tatra mountains. Spent a nice evening at Krajobrazy Restaurant, located so close to the venue.

Enjoyed how truly exceptional the property was and its helpful staff in manner which was a shame until lady on reception on last morning who was excellent.

We had an amazing stay at Kopieniec Fizjo- Med & Spa. The hotel is stunning, with a classic yet modern interior design. Our room had a glass-wall in-built bathroom and offered breathtaking panoramic views. The highlight of our stay was the incredible dining experience - the kitchen truly exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and the breakfasts and dinners were very well prepared.

Location: the hotel was next to other restaurants and bars, the center, and the Tatras. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby.

The bathroom was cold, I didn't like it.

Best base for exploring Murzasichle. Great looking and truly exceptional place with very good Wi-Fi and a la carte restaurant. Stunning, amazing location close to Zakopane, the center of Zakopane, and other restaurants. Also, away from the mountains. Brand-new room with a splendid view of the Tatra mountains and nice decor.

our recent stay in murzasichle was truly magical, thanks to the amazing experience at kopieniec fizjo-med & spa. the hotel's classic yet modern design impressed us, and the glass-wall bathrooms in the luxurious rooms were a unique touch. the stunning mountain views and peaceful location added to the charm. the staff went above and beyond, even helping us retrieve a lost engagement ring. the kitchen provided the best dining experience we had in the country. it was truly a memorable stay.

Poor service and lack of information.

Quiet location on a peaceful road, with fabulous views. Hotel offers glü wine, sausages with bread, and tea after horse carriage ride. Modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast with option to order omelets.

Very fancy and beautiful rooms with an exceptionally good view on the mountains and valleys and gates. Location really close to the mountains and valleys, the restaurant, and Tatra national park.

Amazing views from the terrace, felt like I was on top of the world. The staff were so friendly, it was like having my own personal entourage. Absolutely delightful experience, darling!

Oh, and let's not forget the transparent bathrooms, because who doesn't love an audience while they shower? Privacy? Overrated!

The cozy and tastefully decorated atmosphere of the hotel was impressive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay more enjoyable. The room had a nice balcony with stunning mountain views. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection, and parking was free.

While the hotel was clean, the room cleaning service was quite poor, and the towels were not changed for two days. The Wi-Fi connection could be improved.
